Victoria Hopper is Co-Founder, along with Jamie McGurk, of SeaChange Communications. Victoria is actively involved in communications work, fundraising, and event production for non-profit groups and Democratic political campaigns. She recently served as Director of Women for Obama in Southern California.

In 2005, recognizing the need to bring cutting-edge research techniques into the political arena, she and Jamie joined forces with OTX Research to co-found a political division that helped candidates and organizations develop effective messaging. In 2004 she served as a Trustee and Senior Entertainment Industry Advisor for the Kerry-Edwards Campaign.

Victoria has consulted with numerous non-profit organizations on their communications, network building, and events. She also serves on several non-profit boards, including the Center for American Progress's California Advisory Board, the NRDC Leadership Council, American Family Voices, The Women's Media Center, and The Hollywood Hill.

Originally from Boston, Victoria resides in Venice, California with her husband, actor/artist Dennis Hopper, and their children.
